Use case

Email marketing for WooCommerce

WooCommerce email marketing usually means exporting customers into a separate platform and hoping the two stay in step. PixelChat keeps the contact, the order data, the chat history and the campaign in one system, so a segment can be built from behaviour the platform actually observed.

What is included

  • Contacts with WooCommerce order history and chat transcripts on the same profile.
  • Static lists, built by import or added to from the inbox.
  • Segments for grouping contacts by shared attributes.
  • A campaign builder with a block-based email editor and reusable templates.
  • Automations — abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase and win-back sequences.
  • Suppression and unsubscribe handling, applied across every send.

Segments worth building first

SegmentWhy it earns its place
Engaged in the last 30 daysYour safest audience. Send here first after any migration.
Repeat customersTwo or more orders. Highest response rate for new-product announcements.
High valueTop spenders. Worth a different tone and different offers.
DormantNo order in six months. Win-back candidates, and the first list to prune.
Never engagedReceived several emails, opened none. Suppress these before they damage deliverability.

Suppression is a deliverability tool, not an admin chore

Continuing to send to addresses that have never opened anything is the fastest way to end up in spam folders for the customers who do want to hear from you.

Automations that pay

  1. Abandoned cart — the highest-revenue automation in almost every store. Build this one first.
  2. Welcome sequence — fires when a contact joins a list. Set expectations about frequency here.
  3. Post-purchase — delivery expectations, care instructions, and a review request timed to when the product actually arrives.
  4. Win-back — targets the dormant segment. Run it quarterly rather than continuously.

Getting your data in

Import from CSV — the importer is built around Klaviyo's export format, which is also close enough to most other platforms' exports. Bring your suppression and unsubscribe state across before your first send, not after.

What PixelChat does not do

  • No SMS or push channel.
  • No campaign A/B testing yet.
  • No send-time optimisation or predictive analytics.
  • No signup form builder — popups, flyouts and embedded forms are still on the roadmap.

If any of those are central to your programme, a specialist email platform is the better tool and we would rather you knew that before signing up than after.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate email platform as well?
For lists, segments, campaigns and automations on a WooCommerce store, no. If you need SMS, A/B testing or predictive analytics, yes.
How does PixelChat send email?
Through Resend. You authenticate your own sending domain so mail goes out under your brand.
Does the bill grow with my contact list?
No. Pricing is flat per tenant rather than per stored profile.
Can chat conversations trigger an email automation?
Yes — that is the point of having both in one platform. A contact created in chat can join a list and enter an automation without any sync step.
Can I import from Klaviyo or Mailchimp?
Yes, via CSV. Import your suppression list first so nobody who opted out receives your first send.
